Where can I download Karaoke One?
Karaoke One is free to download from the stores:
- iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV: App Store
- Android phones and tablets: Google Play
Do I need a subscription?
Without a subscription you can try the app with the free songs. With Premium you can sing the whole catalogue and save your performances.
The monthly plan starts with a 3-day free trial: cancel before it ends and you won’t be charged.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Your subscription is managed by the store where you started it:
- iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV: Settings > your name > Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
Payments, refunds and cancellations are handled by Apple and Google: for a refund, contact the store’s support.
Where do my performances go?
On iPhone, iPad, Mac and Android your recordings are saved to your device’s Photos (or Gallery) and are never uploaded to our servers. Share them from there like any other video. Apple TV doesn’t record: it’s the living-room player.
How do I find the song I want?
Search by title or artist, or browse the collections by genre and mood. The catalogue keeps growing: if a song is missing, let us know.
